Kitchen
The cozy kitchen is the central room on the ground floor of the house.
It is very well equipped with:

Every 3-4 days the house is cleaned, garbage is disposed of and linen and towels are changed (for stays longer than 5 days).
Living room and balcony
The living room is on the first floor of the house and has two exits to the large balcony.
From the balcony you have a fantastic view of the white mountains and the bay of Souda.
Bathroom
The bathroom is on the ground floor of the house. It is equipped with a sink, bed, toilet, shower and bathtub.
Next to the bathroom there is another small toilet with shower, which can be reached from one of the bedrooms.
In summer, the warm water is heated in an environmentally friendly way using a solar-powered hot water supply.
Bedroom
The two bedrooms are also on the ground floor. The first bedroom with a double bed also has a toilet with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioning and a patio door to the garden.
During the sunny months of summer, electricity is generated by the in-house solar system, so that the operation of the air conditioning system is still environmentally friendly.
Terrace, pool and garden
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Here you will find cypresses, olive trees, oleander, pomegranates, palm trees, kumquats, vines, lavender, laurel, oranges and other typical Mediterranean plants. The terrace is located directly above the pool in front of the house. Next to the house there is a brick barbecue.
The pool is 4m * 8m. It is cleaned regularly at least once a week in summer. In cooler months it can be heated using the pool heater.
Separate pool towels are available for the loungers by the pool.
There are free parking spaces directly at the house.
