If you contact us via the contact form or for a booking enquiry, the following personal data will be processed by you

travel details

optional: telephone number and other voluntary information.

This data is processed exclusively in order to process your enquiry and to contact you. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

The data will be deleted as soon as your enquiry has been fully processed and there are no longer any statutory retention obligations.

  • You have expressly given your consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR,

  • the disclosure is necessary for the fulfilment of a contractual relationship in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR

  • there is a legal obligation to pass on data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR (e.g. name of the main tenant to declare the Climate Tax to the Greek tax authorities), or
